The Centre and the opposition parties gathered on Tuesday for the second day of Parliament’s Winter Session after a dramatic opening on Monday. Utter chaos was witnessed in the Upper House of the Parliament again as Rajya Sabha chairman Venkaiah Naidu rejected the request by opposition leaders to revoke the suspension of 12 Rajya Sabha MPs.Meanwhile, the Lok Sabha has been adjourned till 2pm today.Earlier on Day 1, a ruckus broke out in the House during the passage of the Farm Laws Repeal Bill, 2021, as the opposition demanded a discussion over the bill.
