In the aftermath of Republic Day violence in Delhi, security was heightened at Singhu, Ghazipur border as the government deployed additional forces. Agitating farmers have accused the government of trying to intimidate them and feared force could be used to evict them. In Baghpath, Uttar Pradesh protests came to an end with locals alleging use force by police. He has also accused the Delhi Police of showing negligence during the violence.
