Retired teacher held for rape

A retired government school-teacher has been arrested for raping a 19-year-old girl for nearly five years in a village of the district. A case under Sections 376 and 354 of the IPC, the POCSO Act and the Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribes Act has been registered against him.
