Bharatiya Kisan Union leader Rakesh Tikait’s convoy was allegedly attacked in Rajasthan’s Alwar district on Friday. He was on his way to address a farmers’ rally in Bansur. A group of people allegedly pelted stones at the cavalcade, damaging the rear windscreen of his car. Mr. Tikait, who escaped unhurt, blamed ‘BJP goons’ for the attack.
